Crafting Modern Luxury in Architecture

Requirement

HRI is a brand synonymous with innovation in architecture, aesthetic use of spatial design, and an appreciation for the evolving lifestyle of modern India. When Team HRI asked us to create a logo for their organization, they wanted one that was modern and appealing to a broader audience. They expected a branding that could add an air of luxury to the brand identity –– something befitting the group’s luxurious architectural offering

Approach

Our team studied the state of architecture in India and abroad, collected consumer insights, studied trends, analyzed the competitor landscape, and positioned HRI with a visual identity that showcases the brand in its truest character, emanating a modern aura and a premium visual foundation that the brand proudly carries today. When our client explained that every housing property they build under this project will deliver the prominence of three central elements: Air, Light, & Sound, we were excited to help them bring this vision to life through every aspect of the design. The style that we set ensured that this comes through in detail for every collateral we design. We also depicted these elements with a minimalistic symbol—something that could be used independently to represent HRI and the importance they hold. The color palette chosen for the brand is essentially black and white, with a hint of premium material colors found in the household. The use of these bold colors creates an aura that inspires confidence, trustworthiness, and elegance. The logo is designed in such a way that it catches the eye at first glance with sharp lines and a futuristic appeal, representing the future-ready HRI architecture. The design language established in the branding also powers a sense of a majestic environment that the brand is inviting everyone to experience.

We worked with Hallmark Developers and Raghava Constructions – two leading real estate companies in India, to give them a memorable brand identity that emanates modernism through luxury. For this collaboration, we tossed a new modern brand name Hallmark Raghava Infra or HRI – A merger of two companies – Hallmark Developers and Raghava Constructions that develops high-end premium residential projects. We took the challenge to help HRI define new dimensions by creating a modern brand identity that instills trust and promises future readiness.

Result

The client was happy with the branding and appreciated the efforts put in by our team to help them stand out. The brand received positive responses, and the team appreciated how thorough we were in understanding their vision and propagating it through design. Every creation builds presence, poise, and purpose, and Multia’s design for HRI aimed for the same, resulting in a brand identity that brings superior design aesthetics through attention to detail, shaping the brand with the right fit, function, and foundation.
